Math Homework

You know what I hate about math homework?

When I do a problem, everything goes smoothly and then I lean back satisfied with my answer until I check the answer key and realize shit, I messed something up. Then of course I go back to try and figure out what I did wrong. I'll check every step 3 times, redo it 7 times with 4 different methods, 3 of which lead to obscenely complex integrations, and spend about 2 hours stuck on ONE, SINGLE, PROBLEM. And eventually I have to give up.

Then when I go to office hours to ask how to do the problem, it turns out I did it absolutely CORRECT the VERY FIRST TIME. The answer key was wrong.

This has happened to me a ridiculous number of times, someone needs to take better care in writing the answer key.
